Name one thing you think people assume about you when they first meet you. A lot of people this I'm strict and don't know how to have fun. I've also been told that I act sophisticated, a work I have never associated with myself. I just happen to be shy.

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being highest, how hard do you work? Definitely a 10. I work my ass off, although I have a tendency to procrastinate a lot too....

If you were given a free 30-second commercial during the Super Bowl to sell anything you currently own, what would you advertise? I would advertise my car. I occassionally wonder why I have one, and then I really need it. (Like Weight Watchers meetings on Mondays...)

Thank you for the comment about my new book. It's really appealing to me, I've been wanting to try a different/holistic approach to my health. On the other hand though, I wonder if I'm just fooling myself with going with another "quick fix"? I dunno, I'm so conflicted! LOL!
