Mid-Week Update???

So, I'm trying to get back on track here. It may not be easy, but it's going to happen.

I went to water aerobics last night. And before long the class will end because of the end of the semester. But I'll figure out something good to do in the interim. I might take up my tae bo videos again for a few weeks.

I ate out again last night, but it was because I was out of groceries and it would be a REALLY late meal if I cooked after we went shopping. I didn't do horrible, but could have done better. But, I'll make up for it.

My amazon book order is supposed to be delivered today. They tried to deliver it on Saturday, and I called yesterday to tell them to deliver it. I hope they do. I tried to use the USPS's automated system, but the thing gave up on me. I was constantly repeating myself, and apparently it couldn't figure out my Southern accent. I could have told it that.

I showed a gain at my weigh in, but I didn't have any clean slacks and am wearing jeans today. Since it was only a pound, I'm going to call this week a draw. I weighed, but I'm just not going to think about it. I'll move forward, this will be an on-track week, and that's all there is to it.

Taking that into account, I have a specific goal for this next week. Track every day. Exercise every day (excluding a rest day!). Drink enough water every day!!! And if I can do that this week, then I can do it next week. And the week after. And so on and so forth....

Ok, time to get back to work. I'm sure there is something around here that I need to be working on, and if there isn't, then there's a book I need to be finishing! :)

Nice attitude Cory...you will do better. I think the jeans caused a gain.

Definitely the jeans would make you weigh heavier - I agree you probably are level.
