Core Exercise!!! After rolling the die I have been challenged to work on this portion of my body for the next month, and am quite excited about it. I have a tendency not to work it very much, but that will now be changing. For the next month I will be working this area 2-3 times a week. Some days I will do my Billy Blanks Ab Video, and others I will probably just do a series of ab exercises on my own while watching tv or something. That should give me some good variety. I'll also be keeping up my gym schedule, just because I love my classes. And I shouldn't ignore the rest of my body with this challenge.
I want to give a big THANK YOU to my March cheerleader Janice over at ThinkSlim because she has been wonderful. I couldn't have gotten along without you Janice. And congratulations on keeping up your running schedule. You did wonderful this past month.
I find myself excited to go into April because it means the semester is much closer to ending at school. I have an essay and only two tests left, and I'll be finished with my class on May 4th, although I probably won't get my grade until the 16th or so. But that's ok. I can live with that. Now, if only she would post the grades from the past two tests... I'm dying from suspense here!
I hoep that everyone has a wonderful April, and I can't wait to hear all about your experiences this month!

Great challenge Cory - am sure you will do fantastic!
I LOVE April too - it is my favourite month of the year. Of course I am feeling better in myself too by doing this challenge.
Good luck for April - I will keep checking in to see how you are doing.
The flightless fairy penguin of Australia stands less than a foot tall and is clumsy on land, where the fox is its natural enemy. Alone, one penguin wouldn't survive for long. So, after each day in the water, they gather where the surf meets the shore, waiting until the last penguin joins them. Then shoulder to shoulder they march up the beach to their burrows. They support each other. They rely on each other. And everyone, except the fox, wins.
Thank you Cory for being such a rock solid supporter of our challenge team. We're stronger because of you, and you never failing support!
Great idea. I read your blog just before going to the gym so I did some CORE work.
OMG. I have not been doing it and am paying for it all ready!
Thanks for the great idea.
