Thirteen Habits I Have To Work On

1…. I decide to work out at home instead of the gym, then don't. It has nothing to do with not wanting to go to the gym. I usually get sidetracked by something else.

2…. Not getting up when the alarm clock goes off. I don't hit the snooze, I just don't get up for another hour or so.

3…. I need to take strength training more seriously.

4…. I need to walk more. I enjoy lots of other cardio as well, but I really need to walk a lot more often than I do.

5…. I need to remember to take my multivitamin. If I'm lucky I remember to take it four or five times a year.

6…. I need to eat more fruit.

7…. I need to eat more veggies.

8…. I have tons of cookbooks that I never look at. I need to start using them and planning meals ahead of time.

9…. I need to vary my diet more than I do already.

10…. I need to start tracking my food and activity again to be sure I'm eating the right amount.

11…. I need to call my sister more often. We don't talk enough.

12…. I need to quit procrastinating on my schoolwork.

13…. I need to think about things before I do them. Then I might not have so many setbacks and extra lessons to learn over!
