I was entirely too bored to come up with something really good for my Thursday Thirteen. And I've been thinking about it all day. So...check out my desk below! I picked a combo of boring and slightly interesting items.
I picked up The Rest Falls Away by Colleen Gleason last night. And read it before bed. I read it fairly quickly though, more quickly than I intended. So I will be reading it much slower sometime in the near future. It was pretty good though.
I WILL be attending water aerobics tonight. Then going to sit at home somewhat bored. Wonder what I'll do??? I'm sure I'll think of something.
I had gained 2 pounds yesterday. But that's ok. I'll lose it again. I also got my measurements done and have lost a lot of inches apparently. That or they don't teach these people how to measure. I think I'm going to start asking my friend Dee to do measurements on me. That way it'll be the same person each time and that should keep it fairly accurate. Once I can get copies of my sheets I'll let you know the actual numbers.
I've picked out a couple more books I want to read in the near future. But I don't have money. Maybe the local library has them. Then I'll just have to actually get there. Possibly Saturday.... I'm still trying on A Game of Thrones, but I'm not getting anywhere yet.
My friend Brandi gave me some pants yesterday. White dress pants. I decided to wear them to work today. I can't decide if I actually like them or not though.
Can't think of anything else at the moment. I've been reading some blogs today, and will probably continue to do some when work allows. We've been just a little busy this morning. I just hope the afternoon flies by!

Cory you are doing great - nice to see you aren't getting hung up on the 2lb. I have been doing some reading and it is a known fact that us "ladies" put on weight from time to time - something to do with hormones and our water balance I think! So I wouldn't be worried in the slightest.
You are doing brilliant girl!
Heh, it's funny you said that about the pants. I just recently added a really light gray pant to my weekly routine and still haven't decided how much I actually like them. I find it hard to dress in pant colours I'm not used to.. only because I'm never sure if the top matches or not.
I was up 2lbs after the long weekend, but I've knocked them back off this week - what a pain though. Good luck!
