This is sooo true! I thought I was the only one!
lol.. I've got D's but I still get wet... :P
I guess that's true as long as rain doesn't come at a slant as it does here in Northern California.
I don't think I was ever big enough to have that problem, but right now, I'm VERY grateful for my plastic surgeon!
