I just realized that I haven't posted much about the 8 week challenge this week!!!
Well, I've eaten half-way decent (except for the after funeral meal yesterday!)
Monday through Wednesday I got in an average of 40 minutes of walking each, and I'll be getting in about 30 today.
I'm not sure what I will get in over the weekend. We'll be visiting my parents, and I'm not sure if I'll get up and do an early walk or not.

I always feel better about everything if I can get myself really moving for at least 30-40 minutes every day.
Do the walking even if it is early. It'll set you up for a good day, which I know you want
